Shopping List:
- 1 cone bag @ .20 ea or 10.00/pkg of 100
- 5" wax twine @ .50/yrd or 16.00/roll of 100 yd
- 5" of Paper Twist Cord @ 5.50/roll of 25 yd
- 10" x 6" double sheet of Green Tissue Paper @ 3.00 /Pkg 24 sheet (20"x30")
- Candy: We used orange M&M's
- Tool: Fringe Scissors @ 10.00 ea Variation Flower Top:
- Replace Tissue with Yellow Crepe @ 1.50/8' sheet
Fringe Top Recipe:
Any bunny on your list would love this treat!
Start by cutting fringes on the top wide end of your tissue with fringe scissors.
Fill bag with candies and wrap tissue paper at the top to create fringe.
Secure fringe with wax twine (double knot to finish)
Add Paper Twist ribbon (double knot to secure) and untwist ends to form leaves!
Another variation: Cut yellow crepe paper with deep large scallop shapes (instead of fringes).
Once you've wrapped and secured the "petals" you can gently shape and stretch the petals to form flower.
