We loved this technique so much we showed Cream City Ribbons, the makers of cotton curl, how to do it too! They loved it and have it on their website too!
Using the inside of the embroidery hoop. We tied and curled 10-12" pieces around the hoop. Simple! Hang yours in windows or make a gigantic one with a bigger hoop!
